Aureve House began with a single observation: adult intimacy products lose 80% of their value the moment they leave the shrink-wrap, even when they're scarcely used. We built a marketplace where pre-loved pieces find a careful second home — sanitised to clinical standards, listed with honesty, shipped in plain boxes.
What we believe
Pleasure deserves the same circular economy as everything else.
Pre-owned cars, books, clothing, jewellery, kitchen knives — second-life markets exist for almost every category of object. Adult intimacy products were the conspicuous exception, partly stigma, mostly hygiene anxiety.
We took the hygiene problem seriously. Every pre-loved item arriving at our sanitation centre goes through UV-C exposure, ultrasonic cleaning, manual inspection, and is then sealed in a tamper-evident pouch with a certificate.
The stigma we treat with discretion: plain packaging, plain-text emails, plain bank descriptors. A bouquet of small decisions that add up to a quiet, dignified experience.

Hospital-grade UV-C exposure, ultrasonic cleaning, isopropyl wipe-down, sealed pouch. Every item. No exceptions. Certificate included in the box.

Honest condition grading
Six grades from Brand New to Fair. Sellers self-grade, our team re-checks against photos. Mis-grading is grounds for delisting and refund.

Plain-package shipping
Unbranded mailers and rigid boxes. No invoice in the package. Signature on delivery. Bank statement reads 'AVHS Ltd' — not Aureve, not the category.

Fair payouts
Sellers keep 88% (or 92% as verified merchants). Funds clear T+7 after delivery confirmation. Withdrawals reviewed in 48 business hours.
