Aureve House is a marketplace for adults aged 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). At signup we verify age through government ID and a liveness check; the document is destroyed immediately after verification. Unverified accounts cannot buy, sell, message or withdraw funds. Any listing or transaction involving a minor is reported to the relevant authority and grounds for permanent ban and forfeiture.
Every pre-loved item shipped through Aureve House is processed at our sanitation centre: UV-C exposure (254nm, full cycle), ultrasonic clean (40kHz, body-safe solution), isopropyl wipe-down, manual inspection, and sealed in a tamper-evident pouch. Each parcel includes a certificate referencing the cycle batch. If a buyer receives an item whose sanitation seal is broken in transit, they may return at our expense for re-sanitation or refund.
We accept: pleasure objects made from non-porous, sanitisable materials (medical silicone, ABS plastic, glass, stainless steel); lingerie and apparel worn ≤3 times; restraint accessories; new sealed lubricants and oils; new sealed care products. We do not accept: porous toys (jelly, TPR, real-feel); used condoms or disposable items; biological samples of any kind; anything depicting or designed to involve minors; firearms, sharps, or items requiring a licence to own.
By using Aureve House you agree to act lawfully and honestly. Listings must accurately describe condition, materials, and history of use. Aureve reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts and forfeit pending payouts where misrepresentation is established. Disputes are resolved under the laws of England and Wales. Aureve operates as an agent for the transaction; sellers remain the legal owner of an item until the buyer confirms receipt.
We collect: account email, hashed password, verified age (boolean, with verification date), display name, listing and order data, and payout details when you request a payout. We do not sell data. We do not run advertising. We do not show your real name to anyone. Bank statements show 'AVHS Ltd'. Account deletion at safety@aurevehouse.com is honoured within 30 days; verification records are destroyed within 24 hours.
Sellers retain ownership of their item until the buyer confirms receipt. Aureve takes a 12% commission on user listings (8% for verified merchants), with payout cleared 7 days after confirmation. Withdrawals are reviewed by our finance team within 48 business hours. Repeated mis-grading, late shipping, or rude buyer communication leads to delisting and possible account ban. Sellers may not contact buyers outside Aureve messaging.
Sealed new items: returned within 14 days, full refund minus shipping. Pre-loved items: returns reviewed case-by-case; we accept returns where condition is materially different from the listing description. Once returned and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
